On : 12.1.3 version, Setup forms and programs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer made an accounting sequence setup, after create accounting the first generated number is 87 and it is supposed to be 1 according to sequence setup
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect to see them in sequence from 1 to ....86

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set up a new accounting sequence with the initial starting number of 1
2. first number assigned is 87
3. need help figuring out what happened to numbers 1 to 86

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trace Accounting events through accounting sequences
