In 12.1.3 iProcurement
When approver responds to AME based requisition approval from email notification or from worklist, there is an error APP-FND-00944 FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION
ERROR
AME Exception: ORA-20001: APP-FND-00944: Program error: Please inform your support representative that: FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package reports error: get_segments() exception: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a requisition which is identical to Requisition 808268 which got the issue
2. Submit the requisition for approval
3. Login as the Approver to whom the requisition is routed for approval
4. Click the notification to view it within the application
5. Click Approve
