Information in this document applies to any platform.
When reassigning a Task in the UWQ form, the following error occurs:
"Duplicate Assignments are not allowed for a Task. Please check the Assignment details."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the UWQ form
2. Select a Task from the My Assigned Tasks node
3. Select the Reassign Action
4. Enter the new Task Assignee
See the error once the new assignee is entered, before even saving the change. Note also that the record automatically saves without even selecting Apply.
If the Apply button is selected, the following error occurs:
"The record has been changed or deleted by another user"
