RTI - Leave Dates Not Being Reported In RTI Processes (Doc ID 1939493.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Late Leaver from last tax year not being reported on EYU. Example:
Employee Paid in Feb period and FPS sent. Then notified of leave date as 21/Jan/2014. Leaving Details input and P45 issued 31/3/14. EYU has been run but the employee is not processed. Logfiles show that three other assignments were processed but all for No Payment so no Output was produced. We have checked and the "Date of Leaving Reported to HMRC" field is blank on the Assignment EIT RTI Information so why is the employee not not being reported on the EYU?
