AFTER APPLYING 12.1 HRMS RUP7, RELATED APPLICATIONS SECTION MISSING FROM NOTIFICATION

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying patch 18004477 (12.1 HRMS RUP7) or 12.2.4 Self Service approval notifications no longer contain the "Related Applications" section.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit any SSHR transaction that needs approval by more then one manager.
2. Login as Approver.
3. Open the notification - Related Applications section is missing.
Other Important Information:
1. Issue only started occurring after RUP7 upgrade.
2. Issue occurs if there is more then one approver is needed for the approval.
