CRM User Management: Not Possible To Add Approvers With Norwegian Characters In The Name

CRM User Management: Not possible to add approvers with Norwegian characters in the name

Adding new users as approvers. Not possible when user has Norwegian characters or symbol @ in the user name.

Get error page 'The webpage cannot be found' after having selected the user.

'The webpage cannot be found'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Standard responsibility: CRM User Management > Navigation: Tabs > Setup > Approval Setup > Organization
2. Search up a Business customer
3. Click on one approval list
4. Search up a new approver to the list. Approver must have user name that contains a Norwegian character æ, Æ, ø,Ø, å, Å or @.
5. Select the approver
6. Window errors out with message "Webpage cannot be found" and user not being added as approver.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Adding new users as approvers is not possible when user has Norwegian characters or symbol @ in the user name
