Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.0 to 12.13, when calling cs_servicerequest_pub.process_sr_ext_attrs to create or update Party Roles Extensible Attributes group (in this case,IB Instance Attributes, p_ext_attr_grp_tbl ( i ).object_name = CS_PARTY_ROLE), the API fails with the following message:

ERROR
"IB Instance Attributes" is a revision level attribute group and so requires a revision label (DATA_LEVEL=GENERIC_LEVEL)


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.0 to 12.1.3
2. Error appears when using API
