After R12 Upgrade, Default Warehouse Not Populated In Logistic Lines

After the upgrade from Release 188.8.131.52 to Release 12.1.3, noticed that the default Warehouse has not been populated for logistic lines created from 11i prior to the upgrade.
Due to this, users are forced to manually enter the warehouse value which immediately wipes out other data from the line such as serial number / item instance and hence having to enter this data again.
This proves to be laborious as there is a large number of such logistics lines that need to be transacted.
Is there a datafix / approach which can update the default warehouse for all these lines while the serial number / item instance remains as is.
Please note that these are ship lines which have not yet been entered into the RMA order, still in Enter status.
