Payroll Errored Out For New Permit Type LOC (DP) Created (Doc ID 1939860.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10 version, Singapore Payroll

When attempting to run Payroll with user defined Permit Type attached to the assignment,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error was encountered when processing assignment 4835
Error was encountered when processing Element Type Statutory Deductions
Error was encountered when processing formula SG_STAT
An error occurred during formula execution:

Value exceeded allowable range (line 237 of SG_STAT)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new permit type LOC(DP) Letter of Consent(Dependent Pass)
2. Assign this permit type to employee
3. Process the payroll for all employees

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use user defined permit type and process payroll for the employee.
