Last updated on JULY 18, 2017

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Material Move Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Backordered Lot Numbers which are non-divisible are not "unreserved". They remain reserved producing an availability problem. This happens when overshipping is allowed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect, once the system determines the lot numbers can not be allocated, the reservation is removed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create order line for an item which is lot controlled and non-divisible

2. Split the line

3. Launch pick release both lines together

4. Transact Move Order form and add several lines to do overpicking and exceeding the tolerance

5. This will make reservation qty bigger than requested qty.
