Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

When attempting to add large signatures in Email Center the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to load Account Details from the database


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Supervisior

2. Select Email Account Inbox

3. Add signature

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some users cannot use email center Signatures which has an impact on customer service
