Create Accounting - Assets Not Processing Deferred Depreciation Events After Defining User Journal Entry Descriptions (Doc ID 1940110.1)

Symptoms

On  Release 12.1.3, Find that Create Accounting - Assets program does not process the deferred depreciation events when  Journal Entry Descriptions (JED) are customized for Journal Line Types (JLT)  'Asset Deferred Depreciation Expense' and 'Asset Deferred Depreciation Reserve'  by using MLS based sources like Asset Number or Asset Description.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Expect the program to pick and process the deferred depreciation events even if deferred depreciation JEDs are customized

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create User Application Accounting Definition for Assets  with custom JED  for both JLTs 'Asset Deferred Depreciation Expense' and 'Asset Deferred Depreciation Reserve'
2. Run Create Accounting - Assets program.
3. Found the deferred depreciation events in SLA remain unprocessed (xla_events.event_status_code/process_status_code = U/U)
4. When using the standard AAD, the Create Accounting program processes the deferred depreciation events .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot customize the JLDs for deferred depreciation journals.
