Performance Issue when Search IB by Order Number

On : 12.1.3 version

When attempting to search an IB item instance by Order Number from the 'Search IB' UI using 'Oracle Install Base Agent User', it searches for over 5-10 minutes, then the session times out every time, before a query result can be returned.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

The search works fine from the obsolete 'Oracle Install Base User' responsibility.
Searching by both Customer Name and Order Number returns records, but it still takes 3-4 minutes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instance > Item Instances
2. In the Simple Search UI, enter a Sales Order Number in the Search field
3. The Install Base information does not return and after 5 to 10 minutes, the Internal Server Error is received.
