Cannot Invoke Contract Expert In New Exalogic Environment (Doc ID 1940426.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Contract Expert


When clicking the 'Use Contract Expert' button the process bar moves but then nothing happens. This issue exist for a new Exalogic environment.

The following error occurs as captured in the FND log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into EBS
2. Goto Purchasing Super User/ Buyer Work Center/ Orders
3. Create a Standard Purchase Order.
4. Enter Suppliers info and click on 'Add Contract Terms'
5. Apply a template with expert enabled and click on 'Use Contract Expert' => nothing happen
