On Test: 12.1.3 version, FORMS User Interface
eBiz Center->Univer Search-> Quote-> salesperson.
In eBusiness Center, when we tried for searching quote based on Salesperson ‘User, Dummy’ , click on the LOV Salesrep Name , no records retrieved for ‘User, Dummy’
When we tried for Quote search instead of Universal Search for the same Salesperson, ’User, Dummy we are getting records
Salesrep Name should return records for ‘User, Dummy’
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
eBiz Center->Univeral Search-> Quote-> salesperson.
1. Log in as Telesales agent
2. Launch universal search>Select Quote
3. Enter purchase item of quick search tab and press control+L, will show the like values if exist more than one, otherwise if it is one then it will be defaulted 4. Quick search purchase item entered values is being passed to record group to filter value, so that the retrieval is fast.
