Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version,
cells are protected after Office 2013 compatibility patches were applied when using Office 2010.
After applying patches 18789889 and 18689981 (Office 2013 compatibility) certain cells within the ADI template can't be populated. The range of cells outside of the journal lines and headers section can't be populated with anything. It is like they are protected yet the file does not seem to be protected in any way.
Need to be able to use the "protected" cells to upload the journals.
