On Oracle Applications 12.0.6 version, Upgrade related issues,
getting the following error Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.x Patch Set in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 454811.1):

ERROR: OPatch failed because of cmd. args. problem.
To run in silent mode, OPatch requires a response file for Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM).
Run /u01/oracle/PROD/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/OPatch/ocm/bin/emocmrsp to generate an OCM response file. The generated response file can be reused on different platforms and in multiple OPatch silent installs.
To regenerate an OCM response file, rerun /u01/oracle/PROD/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/OPatch/ocm/bin/emocmrsp.
OPatch did not complete successfully...
Configuration assistant "Run One-off Generic OPatches" failed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrading to the Latest OracleAS.
2. Error reached for external options file.
