iSupport Creation Service Request :Can We Conditionally Display Problem Type In Service Request Creation Screen Of ISupport? (Doc ID 1940746.1)

Isupport displays problem type in service request creation page even when there are no values to select from. This is very confusing to people who are not used to oracle EBS

1. Is it possible to show problem type only if there are problem types defined for the SR type selected?
2. Is it possible to change LOV on this field to a drop down?
