Disability And VEVRAA PDF Forms When Submitted, Do Not Indicate That The Submission Was Successful

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, US HR Statutory Reporting

When updating the Disability and VEVRAA PDF forms in Employee Self-Service there is no confirmation that the update successfully saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Employee Self-Service
2. Go either into Display Disability Status or Display Veteran Status and update the PDF form
3. Page refreshes but there is no confirmation that the page actually saved the update.
