The Mobile Field Service Multi Platform App displays the message 'Connecting to Server' when the user is trying to login.

Please wait while we contact server to get offline mobile data. This may take few minutes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From mobile device try to login.
2. Application waits and does not respond.
