Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

The Mobile Field Service Multi Platform App displays the message 'Connecting to Server' when the user is trying to login.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From mobile device try to login.
2. Application waits and does not respond.
