Previous And Next Buttons Do Not Work On Available Transactions Screen

Actual behavior
Clicking the Previous or Next buttons from the Available Transactions screen does not move to the next Bank Statement Line to reconcile.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in CE responsability
2. in Bank statement and reconciliation navigation
3. query for bank statement
4. then click on lines button
5. select one line , and click on Available button
6. query all details checkboxes
7. then from the result the NEXT button does not work
