Notes Created in the Collections Module When Viewing in the Contact Center are Missing the Created By field. (Doc ID 1941041.1)

Symptoms

When creating notes in the Collections module, when viewing in the Contact Center, the Created By field is not populated.

Expected Behaviour:
Expect to see the Created By field populated in the Contact Center as it is in Collections.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Notes in the Collections form
2. Query the same customer in the Contact Center
3. Navigate to the Notes tab -> Created by field is not populated when viewing notes created in Collections.


Changes

 Collections patching in 12.1.3.  Not all versions are affected.
