Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the employee still had an Active Assignment, at the beginning of 3rd Bi-month there was a salary change generated by IDW Variable.
That change was reported to IMSS by IDSE with the value of 124.18.
The employee was terminated on June 28, 2014 and after five days the reporting of this termination was sent to IMSS (IDSE) - no IDW value is sent on that report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Variable IDW to be reported on the SUA Interface after the employee is terminated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee: - 060993
2. HIRE DATE: 01-NOV-2012
3. ACTUAL TERMINATION DATE: 28-JUN-2014
4. Last ordinary -Semi Monthly- Payroll Run, Date: 15-JUN-2014 (period name '11 2014 Quincena')
5. Termination payment Payroll Run, Date: 15-JUL-2014 (period name '13 2014 Quincena')
6. IDW Factor Table: IDW DSH DTH CONFIANZA
7. Table 'IDW DSH DTH CONFIANZA' - Factor column values (file "IDW DSH DTH CONFIANZA - Factor column values.xls")
8. Fixed IDW value on 3rd Bi-Month is 73.99
9. As expected the Fixed IDW value on both 3rd and 4th Bi-Month remains the same: 73.99
10. At the end of 3rd Bi-Month (payroll period '11 2014 Quincena' at 15-Jun-2014) IDW Variable Basis Eligible Comp_PER_GRE_SS_BIMONTH balance/dimension is 306.84
11. Also at the end of 3rd Bi-Month (payroll period '11 2014 Quincena' at 15-Jun-2014)Days Basis of Quotation 1_PER_GRE_SS_BIMONTH balance/dimension is 46
12. Variable IDW value showed on IDW at the '11 2014%' period is 6.67 (306.84 divided by 46)
13. Description of the case is as follows:
When the employee still had an Active Assignment, at the beginning of 3rd Bi-month there was a salary change generated by IDW Variable.
That change was reported to IMSS by IDSE with the value of 124.18.
The employee was terminated on June 28, 2014 and after five days the reporting of this termination was sent to IMSS (IDSE) - no IDW value is sent on that report.
According to SUA there is no possibility to have a new salary change after the employee's termination because of this same condition. Therefore the Social Security Quotas calculation on the termination payment of this employee should be done using the last IDW value reported beforehand.
Even when we try to register a salary change on SUA for a terminated employee, an error message appears asking for rehiring that employee first.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deliver an accurate IDW value to IMSS on the report due five days after termination
