Goal

PRC: Create Accounting Child program Accounting Program completed with error status.

Please note we no longer have this issue as we have Validated the accounting definition. We need to understand what patch has caused this issue and if the accounting definition has changed before and after the patch. We want to release this to Production so need to understand if any of the accounting has changed.
