Unable to Validate Application Accounting Definitions Payables

Error

95617             The validation process has encountered an internal error.  Please enable the FND: Log Enabled profile option,revalidate
                       the application accounting definition, and review the log for more information.

95459             The following sources have been assigned to the event class but do not have corresponding columns in any of the
                       transaction objects for the transaction object type and event class.  Please use the  source assignments  window to
                       unassign these sources from the event  class, or inform your system administrator or support representative that:

                       Columns for the sources are missing from the transaction objects for the transaction object type and event class.
