Purpose

This document outlines the basic concepts of the Service Contracts (OKS) APIs and explains how you can use them to perform operations on Service Contracts data.

Scope

This note is intended for customers using Oracle Service Contracts Release 12.2.4 and higher who want to use supported Service Contracts APIs for creating or manipulating Service Contracts data. It provides information about the parameters of the available public APIs and important API features.

Note: Please refer to Doc Id 307446.1 "Documentation on Supported OKC Contracts Core, OKS Service Contracts API's Release 11i and 12" for an explanation of what APIs are available for customer use prior to version 12.2.4.
