Duplicate Requester In Oracle iProcurement (Doc ID 1941818.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3 and Release 12.2.4+, Requisition Creation

During requisition creation flow, in the Checkout Summary page, the Requester LOV is showing same results twice.

When 'POR_OVERRIDE_REQUESTER' profile option is set as 'ALL',

Users those who have location code are displayed twice, once with null as location code and again with assigned location code.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in and access iProcurement
2. Add item to cart and Checkout
3. On Checkout Summary page, Click LOV for Requester
4. Results shows Requester twice.  The location code is displayed twice, once with null as location code and again with assigned location code.

All the pages where the requester LOV is used are affected.
