ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Field Service Admin Portal is allowing the assignment of tasks to end dated / inactive resources.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
End dated resource should not be available for selection.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and select Field Service Admin Portal.
2. Query for tasks related to any active resource.
3. From the queried list of tasks, choose any particular task and click on list of values on the "Resource" field.
4. Query for any user who is not active any more. ( end_dated user/resource)
5. List of values shows the end dated resource and allows to assign the task to end dated resource/user.
