Tax Information Entry Values Cannot Be Viewed From Element Entries When Query Only=Yes (Doc ID 1941885.1)

Last updated on JULY 14, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Payroll - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Attempting to make a Form Customization to the Element Entry form to make it Read Only.

All elements appear to be fine with the exception of the "Tax Information" element.
The Entry Value form will NOT open for the "Tax Information" element (only).
This ONLY happens when the QUERY_ONLY="YES" parameter is used in the function definition.

When the QUERY_ONLY parameter is removed, the Entry Value form does pop-up, but values are enter-able.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expecting the Entry Value window to open up the "Tax Information" element when QUERY_ONLY parameter is being used.
