When Applying for a Leave of Absence, the Absence Reason LOV Does Not Show All Lookup Codes From 'ABSENCE_REASON' (Doc ID 1942025.1)

Symptoms


The Absence Reason LOV has around 500+ records. While applying the leave through Absence Management of Self Service pages, the whole list of Absence Reason is not shown. Only around 300+ records are shown to the user applying the leave.

The Absence Reason LOV ONLY shows that first 300+ records in the alphabetical order so that the user will not be able to select a value which is at the end of the list.




Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into responsibility 'Employee Self-Service'.

2. Navigate to 'Absence Management'.

3. Next page is 'Absence Management: Summary'.

4. Here, click on 'Create Absence'.

5. Next page is 'Create Absence: Enter Absence Details'.

    Here, on clicking on 'Absence Reason' message choice, the list of values does NOT show the entire list as in the lookup type ABSENCE_REASON.
