Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

When trying to create ROI receipts for PO lines the following errors are seen in po_interface_errors:


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: .
a. Maximo application is integrated with Oracle application

Use Receiving Open Interface ROI features to populate ROI interface tables rcv_header_interface (RHI), rcv_transactions_interface (RTI)  

b. Run Receiving Transaction Processor.

c. Rcv11i output from <Note 402245.1> ran for PO 37587 shows :
