POXPOPDF - PO Output for Communication
When the PO Output for Communication is submitted manually, users are able to set the parameter 'Print Cancelled Lines' = No. To ensure that this parameters always defaults to 'No', users can even set this as a default value in the concurrent program definition using System Administrator (Concurrent > Program > Define). This works as designed and prevents canceled lines from appearing in the PDF output when the report is run manually.
However, when the same request is launched as part of the PO Approval process, this parameter is not being passed to the concurrent program. As a result, cancelled PO Lines are included in the output.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Standard PO with two lines and approve it.
2. Cancel one of the lines.
3. Reapprove the PO and select the 'Print' option.
4. The PO Output for Communication process is automatically run.
5. Note that it shows the canceled line. This is not the desired output.
