The New Functionality Void and Reversal is Not Using XML Check Writer for Re-issuing Checks (Doc ID 1942214.1)

Symptoms

After application of 12.1.3 RUP6, The new functionality Void and Reversal is
defaulting to Check Writer - Override Payment Date instead of XML .

The new function already released after XML check writer released and it is
expected to have option to run it with XML otherwise , it will be useless
and customer needs to use old function to submit Void and re-issue checks
through  Check Writer- Override Payment Date (XML) submitted separately .
