On : 12.1.1 version, Bills/Routings Setup
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On trying to schedule the "Person" Type resource by creating instances.
system do not allow to check "Schedule By Instance" check box.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
to be able to check the "Schedule by Instance".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Switch to Bill of Material
2) Navigate to Routing>>Department>>Select the Department
3) Click on Resource>> Required screen will appear
