Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Logistics Management

When attempting to ship from the Depot Repair screens the following error occurs.

Error

The Delivery Action API failed ( Error Message ): Error: Field p_rec_attr_tab.COUNT is required and cannot be null

Steps To Reproduce

  1. (R) Depot Repair Super User
  2. (N) Repair Order>Query for existing Repair Order>Logistics tab
  3. Select Ship line and check the radio button "Ship Confirm"
  4. Error message from Order Management:


The Delivery Action API failed ( Error Message ): Error: Field p_rec_attr_tab.COUNT is required and cannot be null

The following workaround allows the shipment to complete:

  1. Navigate to Logistics tab
  2. Select Ship line and Actions 'Ship`'>(B) GO
  3. Search by the sales order
  4. From 'Shipping Transactions' page I can check than the delivery line is not created, so
  5. Lines TAB, select the ship line and>Actions: Auto-create Deliveries>GO
  6. Delivery TAB, select the delivery line and >(B)Ship Confirm >OK
