On : 12.1.3 version, Make to Order (MTO):

After applying patch 18960929 and prerequisites, there is a problem if you use MTO with internal sales orders (ISO). After the batch is created, if you go to the Item Reservations window from Inventory and you query by item, you can see the reservation from the batch to the sales order. However, if you try to access the reservation from the ISO (Tools > Scheduling > Reservation Details), no reservation is retrieved.

If you then yield the product from the batch, again you can see the Inventory reservation from Inventory, but if you try to access it from the ISO no reservation is retrieved. If you then pick release, the ISO gets backordered.

Note that in internal testing it was observed that although you can query the reservation from Inventory > Onhand, Availability > Reservations, you have to query by item. If you try to query by Demand Source of Sales Order, and you enter the sales order header information in the Header field, you get an error: APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause ' ( sales_order_id = sales_order_id and exists (select 1 from oe_order_headers_all oeh, oe_transaction_types_tl oet, oe_order_lines_all oel where oeh.order_type_id = oet.transaction_typ (that is as much of the error as can be seen).

According to the customer, this had been working previously.
