"Edit" Manager Layout Used Instead of "New" Manager Layout When Clicking on "Create Another" from Edit Confirmation Page of GTM_CONTACT (Doc ID 1943086.1)

A GTM_CONTACT screenset has two different manager layouts assigned to New and Edit controls.
After editing a party contact when clicking on "Create Another" the "New" manager layout is not opening, rather the one associated to Edit action is opening.

Expect the manager layout for New to open up when creating a new record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query record on the GTM_CONTACT screenset
2. Edit any record and click on Finished.
3. Click on "Create Another" to create a new record.
