Delivery Option Email Address Truncated to 1 Character (Doc ID 1943199.1)

Symptoms

Submitted request set, copied from previously submitted request set, truncates to 1 character email address entered in the DELIVERY OPTIONS for all stages in the request set.

Actual Behavior
1. Submit a REQUEST SET after COPYING the contents from previously submitted request set.
2. In the DELIVERY OPTIONS, select EMAIL and enter details.
3. Place the same DELIVERY OPTIONS for all stages in the request set.
4. Scroll back to the first stage in the request and click on DELIVERY OPTIONS, the appropriate email address and all other text has changed to 1 letter in the EMAIL TAB.

Expected Behavior
The text should not be truncated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a REQUEST SET after COPYING the contents from a previously submitted request set.
2. In the DELIVERY OPTIONS, select EMAIL and enter required details.
3. Place the same DELIVERY OPTIONS for all stages in the request set.
4. Scroll back to the first stage in the request and clicked on DELIVERY OPTIONS, the appropriate email address and all other text has changed to 1 letter in the EMAIL TAB.
