Staged Dunning Doesn't Include Negative Debit Memos (Doc ID 1943477.1)

Symptoms

You are running  IEX: Send Dunnings for delinquent customers, but negative Debit Memos are not included in the dunning letter even though they have payment terms and are overdue.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enter Debit Memo with positive amount
2) Enter Debit Memo with negative amount

Both Debit Memos need to be overdue .

3) Run Scoring Engine.
4) Run IEX: Send Dunnings for delinquent customers

==> Debit Memo with negative amount is not included in the dunning letter.
