Customer Site Bank Account Start Date Does Not Work

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Created Bank Account, at customer site level, and set the Start Date to 01-JAN-2014.
When you create Quick Cash, if the receipt date is today (04-NOV-2014), the bank account will be displayed.
If the receipt date is set to 31-Oct-2014, the bank account returns no record.
1. Create Bank Account at site level.
2. Set Start Date on Bank Accounts, Bank Account Transfer, Payment Details TAB to previous date.
