On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, Installation Issues:
Not Able To View Request and Response XML details in SOA Monitor
a. Integrated SOA Gateway > Administration> SOA Monitor
b. Search for the Web Service -> Click on the 'Details' icon
c. There are no 'View' links for SOAP Request and SOAP Response which can show the XML detail information.
