Viewing HCM Technical Analyzer Output Causes IE10 To 'feeze'

When the user attempts to open the output, the HTML page will open in Internet Explorer (IE) 10 but will cause IE to completely freeze. The user cannot scroll down to view more than the report header. All other IE sessions windows open will also freeze as does e-Business Suite. The users is forced to quite IE.
When viewing the output in IE9 or in Google chrome there is no issues. Only IE10 seems to have issues.
