User-Defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure Tax_Line With Wrapper Code In Process Order API (Doc ID 1943957.1)

Symptoms



When attempting to run the Custom SQL Wrapper that calls the Process_Order API, experience a re-occurring tax issue 
whenever an order is placed/created, and then another order is placed/created directly after it for a different country.

User is able to recreate this error on command.

Once the issue/error/failure occurs, the next order being placed/created is successful.  At this point - the scenario repeats the failure.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Trying to create order using oe_order_process_api
