Participant Enrollment Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Segment Blanked Out From Self-Service Benefits Enrollments (Doc ID 1943980.1)

Symptoms

Have a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) called "HSA Account Exists?" defined on BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT_F table. This field captures "Yes" for employees who have HSA account with bank. When a life event occurs & employee go through self-service benefits and makes a change to HSA contribution amount, the value in the DFF is getting blanked out.

Note - This does not happen when enrollment is made from professional form.
 


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Start a LE and access SSBEN to change the HSA amount.
2. Check in enrollment results and the DFF is blanked out.
