How do the GTAS Global Attributes get populated at the customer header level?
The initial setup on the Transactions side have been completed, but how do the GTAS Global Attributes get populated at the customer level?
<Note 1624107.1> R12.2.3 - GTAS: FV Global Attributes Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is Missing from the Customer Account Page was reviewed and the issue still exists.
Applied patches 19581741, 18899146 and 19597858.
After applying those patches, the two fields "Federal Entity Type" and Trading Partner Agency Id were shown.
The Federal or Non Federal Code and Trading Partner Agency ID fields still did not show up.
Personalizations show the Trading Partner Agency ID & Federal Entity Type.
Changed the property "Rendered" from "False" to "True," but the fields still do not appear.
What is the step by step navigation for doing the personalization to enable the fields to ensure the personalizations are performed correctly?
