Symptoms
This note is for the Release 12.2 , for Release 12.1.3 see: Note 1221233.1 - Invalid CSR_RULES_B Table And Invalid Objects With CSRRSREG.sql
Following steps in Note 1292089.1 - Primary Note for Oracle XML Database (XDB) Installation to Install and Deinstall XDB, and find invalid CSR objects
This note has two options
a) Reload XDB
b) Remove and Reinstall XDB.
If the "Remove and Reinstall XDB" option is used then it has resulted in CSR invalids. Prior to the above action plan of "Remove and Reinstall XDB" there were no CSR related invalids.
The main script file is: csrrsreg.sql that is responsible to create the xsd file: csr_rules_schema.xsd file.
Once this xsd file is created, then based upon this the table: CSR_RULES_B table is created and the rest of the objects are related.
Since, the csr_rules_schema.xsd file was removed, the CSR_RULES_B table that was created by referencing this csr_rules_schema.xsd schema got errored out and there are many invalid objects in CSR
