Symptoms

When a new Collections Agent is attempting to release a Hold, the following error occurs.

ERROR
"You are not authorized to release this hold"


STEPS
1. Via the new Collections Agent Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders.
3. Go to Actions > Release Holds.
