Labor Debrief: Abnormal Duration Computed When Service Date Changed To Previous Date

When entering the labor debrief, fill in parameter 'service date' with a previous date(less than current date).
After saving the data, the duration is changed to a bigger duration. (The duration is getting computed from the previous date to the current date)

It should be a intraday duration which calculates only in the previous day.

1. Login to Oracle apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request and Task. Click Debrief button to enter the Labor Debrief Line.
3. Enter the SAC(Service Activity Code), Start and End Time, the duration is correctly populated. The Service Date is defaulted to current system date.
4. Change the Service date to a previous date eg, (sysdate-1) and save. Find that the duration is changed to an incorrect value. The system is computing the duration from the changed previous service date to the current system date). This is incorrect.
