Address Created Through FastPath is not Showing on People > Address form (PERACADR) (Doc ID 1944550.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add an address to an employee, the State field List of Values (LOV) is empty.

When adding an address from FastPath > Address, the same address does not show on People > Address form.

WHAT IS WORKING

-----------------------
• Able to add (save) employee address through Fastpath
• The record appears in the backend as well.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to view details in People >Address screen and LoV values on people >Address screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HRMS Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain
3. Address
