Error ORA-29861 When Creating Content In IStore Content Manager (Doc ID 1944607.1)

Symptoms

On Test: 12.2.2 version, Merchant UI

Error in creating content in iStore Content Manager
 

ERROR
-----------------------
1. Error returned in IBC_CITEM_ADMIN_GRP.upsert_item_full.
2. ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into iStore Admin UI
2. Navigate to Content > My Content > Create Item
3. Enter required fields and continue



Changes

 To resolve the issue, attempted to run the concurrent program

Content Manager : Text Index Synchronization with the DR(Drop and RecreateIndex) with Build Mode = DR (Drop and RecreateIndex).

This failed with the following errors:

Sync_Text_Index: IBC_CITEM_VERSIONS_TL_CT1 :IBC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR ORA-29855:
error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10707: a value is required for attribute PROCEDURE of preference
APPS.IBC_CONTENT_INDEX_ELES
